Tuesday, October 11th

• 10am – Golf Outing – Tee off at the Biltmore Golf Course in Coral Gables, FL

• 12:00 pm – 4:40 pm - Registration and Exhibit set up

• 5:30pm to 7pm – Welcome Reception, Court of Lions Courtyard, Hyatt Regency

• 7pm – Dinner on your own

Wednesday, October 12th

• 6:30 to 7:50 am - Breakfast (Court of Lions Courtyard)

• 8:00 am – Invocation (Alcazaba Ballroom)

• 8:02 am - Opening remarks – Jodie Cresswell, President, SSA

• 8:15 am -  Speaker #1  Cybersecurity (All welcome to attend)

• 9:00 am -  Speaker #2  Hendrickson – State of The Industry – Dave McCleave

• 9:45 am - Break

• 10:05 am – Speaker #3 Nuclear insurance events – Michael Halter

• 10:35 am – Supplier Presentation - Automann

• 10:50 am – Supplier Presentation –  Weller – Drivetrain – with Sam VanderMolen

• 11:30 am – Booth time

• 11:45 am  – Lunch (Court of Lions Courtyard)

• 12:30 pm Supplier Presentation -  Dorman  (Alcazaba Ballroom)

• 1:00 – End of Sessions Day

     Board chartered bus for Rose Spring tour 1:15pm

• 6:30 pm - Cocktail hour (Court of Lions Courtyard)

  • 10:45am - Boarding begins

  • 11am - Duck Tour departs - tour lasts approx. 90 minutes

  • After the tour, shuttle back to the hotel for a special chef-prepared luncheon

Gather in the Hyatt lobby at 8:30am

Shuttle leaves at 8:45am to arrive at the dock by 9:30 for boarding

This one hour tour starts at 10:00am

Shuttle back to the hotel at 11:00am
